No one scanner will ever find everything, but Malwarebytes is usually the first scanner I deploy. It is especially faster at scanning than other tools I've used such as AdAware, Spybot Search and Destroy, Ewido, Windows Defender, SuperAntiSpyware (bad name, decent product), and Combofix. If you delete all temp files under user's "content.ie5" directories in their local profiles you can scan and clean a normal business workstation in about 10 - 15 minutes.
